As covered in "United States Paper Money Errors" by Dr. Frederick J. Bart on page 235. It is very clean, brilliant colors, great embossing, it has no problems that we can see, it is very crisp, it has needle sharp corners, and very nice even margins. The only fold that is found on this error note is associated with the attached tab error, and therefore discounted when grading this note. This bill appears to us to be GEM never circulated.
